General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop of FH IT & Mobile Handel, Feisal Ibrahim Hussein, Siebenbürger Str. 21, 33609 Bielefeld.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded through our confirmation or the shipment of the goods.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown during the ordering process and on the Shipping & Delivery page.
4. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process, processed by our payment service provider Stripe.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please see our withdrawal policy.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
7. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
